This plan is a revision of the previous plan. I didn't try so hard to waste space, so it's 50'x60' again. Black bars are doors. Thick lines are RASTRA (I didn't mark where the windows are). Thin lines are drywall, or some material that can be easily rearranged for remodelling. Squiggly lines are curtains. The garage and kitchen are at ground level, but the land slopes so that this first floor is one floor above ground level in the back. I didn't draw the second floor (bedroom in round room, plus a bathroom and studio) or the basement (bedrooms, storage) or subbasement (just the round room).
What's new, hm. A round kitchen table. Curtains instead of doors for closets. A deck with a clothesline for the laundry room. I allowed things that use hot water to be all over the house, instead of clumped near each other. The garage is 20x26 instead of 24x24. The round room is 16x16 instead of 18x18, which means the stairs go a quarter of the circle instead of a sixth of the circle. The stairwell is on the other side of the round room from the kitchen. There are two bathrooms instead of one. There are fewer closets (big stuff should go in the basement). The mud room is out in front of the house, not heated, sticking out flush with the garage. A linen cabinet in the bathroom can be loaded from the laundry room. No more living room. There is a skylight in the long room.
