Peggy Shaffer says:
In the 1810 Rockingham Co., N.C. census. Dred Webb & wife alone with
no kids yet. I found on internet birthdate for their daughter Margret
as Feb. 2, 1805 & other daughter Rhoda that married Schoolfield born
Dec. 3, 1807 but not with them in 1810 census. But grandma Margaret
Pritchett who is over 45 years old in 1810 census has 2 under the age
of 10 girls in that census. Looks like Dred's wife Sarah Diamond, the
mother of Margret & Rhoda must've died before 1810 when girls were
little & Dred remarried. For the 1820 census, after the death of
Margaret Diamond, perhaps they moved back with their dad Dred. He
since had 2 males born under the age of 10 as well as 2 females born
under the age of 10. I lost Dred after that 1820 census, either he
died or migrated with the younger kids.
