I have an intellectually disabled adult son, Kyle. He likes hanging out in the kitchen and helping prepare food. He and I make lunch and dinner for ourselves daily (we skip breakfast). His mom and sisters generally make their own food. Maybe our recipies are too salty and fatty for their tastes. These are guy food recipies.
It is useful to tune recipies to what Kyle likes and that I like too. Kyle has taste. Not necessarily good taste, but he has opinions in certain directions. Finding recipies that he likes and that I like too is useful because it finds me recipies that I like that I wouldn't have found on my own. It also gives me two people to cook for, which opens up recipies I wouldn't do just for myself. These are all recipies Kyle likes. But they're recipies I like, not necessarily recipies you like. Use them as starting hints but you'll have to find recipies that you like yourself.
