My True Love In Tennessee

By my hometown In Tennessee
That's where I found The girl for me
She skinnydipped Where no one goes
In a mountain pool So I stole her clothes

I whooped and ran Hid behind a tree
That naked girl Would have to come to me
I was pretty sure She was out of luck
That's what I thought Till she stole my truck

I heard it roar Then I could see
That naked girl Drive right by me
I had her clothes But I was stuck
I'd use psychology To get back my truck

I skinnydipped Just myself
Placed her clothes On a rocky shelf
I'd reel her in Hook and line
But she didn't take her clothes; She took mine

No clothes or truck Just her little dress
How'd I get myself In this big mess?
I tied her dress Around my waist
Found her bike, Rode it out of that place

When I got home I was a sight to see
I still hear my granny Laughing at me
She knew that bike Belonged to Abigail Dare
She lived up yonder,So I rode it up there

Well there was Abby, In my flannel shirt
My truck in her yard, Man my pride was hurt
I asked to swap Her stuff for mine
She looked me over Grinning all the time

"You can have your truck back, And pants, but see,
If you want your shirt back, It comes with me."
So now you know That's how I came to be
With my true love In Tennessee

I had Suno put it to music.
