May 7, 1822 the court of Hickman County, Kentucky ordered that
the clerk of the court bind out Peter Baker aged 15 to William Twitty
to be taught the art and mystery of the Tanner's trade.
March 11, 1823 the court of Hickman County, Kentucky ordered that
the clerk of court bind out Peter Baker to John Sample to be taught
the art and mystery of the tanner's trade. The court further ordered
that the Sheriff of Hickman County, Kentucky tae into his custody
Peter Baker, Joel Baker, and Bathena Baker who were formerly bound to
William Twitty and deliver them to John Sample, Ezekiel Edens and
Zadock Adams.
